A growing residential solar company was drowning in manual operations -- spreadsheets, fragmented CRM data, disconnected workflows, and a team spending hours on tasks that should take minutes.

Solution

Built Murphy, a production AI operations platform orchestrating 80+ automated workflows through 21 autonomous agents. Designed a custom business portal (Next.js, Prisma) replacing legacy CRM interfaces. Created SolarForge, a custom solar design platform replacing a $15-23K/year Aurora Solar subscription.

A Web3 startup needed operational leadership, technical direction, and a flagship product to bring to market for a blockchain hackathon.

Solution

Served as interim CEO. Established operational processes, built technical roadmap, and developed DarwinFi -- a DeFi vault with a self-evolving AI trading agent. The agent autonomously mutates its own strategies based on performance fitness scoring.
